INGREDIENTS
1 pound Bob EvansŪ Original or Zesty Hot Sausage Roll
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 flour tortillas (6 inches), cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring to separate. Drain. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and half the cheese. Spoon into 2 quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
