1.0 oz Coconut Cream
1.0 egg white Eggs
0.5 jucie from half a lime Lime juice
1.0 oz 151- proof, light rum, barbados white rum Rum
1.0 tsp powdered sugar Sugar

Directions: Blend all ingredients (except for powdered sugar) and 2 cubes of ice at low speed for 2 minutes. Strain into a frosted glass. Top with a stick of pineapple and a cherry both soaked in grenadine. Sift powdered sugar over top of drink. Serve with a straw.

1 celery stalk
1 spear cucumber

Stir liquids with ice then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with celery and cucumber. Serve immediately.

Jamaican Bahama Mama


Drink Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz white rum
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz spiced rum
1 splash grenadine syrup

Intructions:
Pour the white rum, juices and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into a hurricane glass. Float spiced rum and grenadine on top, and serve.

1 cup diet lemon soda

1/2 cup mango, papaya, passion fruit, or orange juice

1/2 cup scoops of lemon sorbet

4 tbsp. Cranberry juice

1 Sprigs fresh mint



Mimosas preparation:


1. In two champagne or margarita glasses, divide the fruit juice and lemon soda.

2. Place one scoop of sorbet in each glass.

3. Top with the cranberry juice and mint.

4. Serve immediately.

2 oz light rum
6 oz milk
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 whole egg
nutmeg

Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a collins glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.

1.25 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
12 mint leaves
1 tbsp sugar
0.5 oz lime juice
2 oz soda

Place mint leaves in bottom of glass. Add crushed ice, Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, sugar, and lime juice, and muddle. Add soda water and garnish with mint leaves.

Long Island Iced Tea

1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash cola (soda)

Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

Long Beach Iced Tea

recipe:
1 shot vodka
1 shot light rum
1 shot gin
1 shot 1800® Tequila
1 shot triple sec
ice cubes
1 splash cranberry juice
1 lemon wedge

In a tall glass, pour shots over ice and top off with cranberry juice and lemon wedge (squeeze if you like). Give the drink a little shake (if you like) and drink up!

Ingredients:
1 oz strawberry, vanilla or clear vodka
1/2 oz white crème de cacao
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
scoop of vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup ice
strawberry for garnish

Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled margarita glass.
Garnish with a strawberry.
If the mix is too thick, add berries or milk; too thin, add ice or ice cream.

Pina Colada Punch recipe

46 oz chilled pineapple juice
15 oz coconut cream
1 tbsp coconut syrup
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 liters chilled pineapple soda
1 pint vanilla ice cream



1. Blend pineapple juice, coconut syrup, coconut cream and cinnamon in a blender until creamy. Place in refridgerator if desired or continue immediately to next step.

2. Add mixture from previous step to a punch bowl. Add ice-cream and allow to mostly dissolve. Add pineapple soda, an ice ring, and thin orange slices.

Bacardi Hawaiian Punch Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 oz Bacardi Limon Rum
1/2 oz Bacardi Razz Rum
1/2 oz Bacardi O
1/2 oz Vanilla Rum
3 oz Cranberry Juice
3 oz Pineapple Juice

Directions:
Pour the Bacardi flavored rums into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the cranberry juice and pineapple juice and shake well. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Apple Pie Punch

1 gallon apple juice
1/2 gallon fresh apple cider
3 - 4 cinnamon sticks
1 liter Everclear® alcohol



Put the juice, cider, and cinnamon sticks into a pan and let simmer on the stove for about 2 hours (not boil). Turn off heat, pour in 1 liter or 2/3 liter Everclear (no taste of alcohol) to the batch and pour into punch cups. Very potent, tastes exactly like apple pie.

1 - 3 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec
1 oz lime juice

Use between 1 and 3 ounces of vodka to your own taste. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.

Ingredients to use:

1.0 oz. Apple Juice
0.25 oz. Lime juice
0.25 oz. Sugar Syrup
2.0 oz. Leblon Cachaca
0.25 oz. Absinthe

Directions: Muddle peeled and chopped kiwi and simple syrup in a shaker. Shake hard with remaining ingredietns and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with kiwi slices.

1 1/2 oz coconut rum
1 oz banana liqueur
1 oz grenadine syrup
4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz limes

Mix lime, banana liqueur, and rum in glass. Add pineapple juice and stir. Add ice to fill glass. Add grenadine last and do not stir. Garnish with slice of lime and a cherry.

2.0 oz Cranberry juice
4.0 cubes Ice
3.0 oz Pineapple Juice
1.0 oz Malibu Rum

Directions: Combine ingredients in ice-filled glass

Cosmopolitan Cocktail

1 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz Rose's lime juice
1/2 oz cranberry juice

Shake vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry juice vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, and serve.

Club Soda or Sparkling Water

Combine sloe gin and lemon soda or lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice, shake, pour into a highball glass filled with ice and fill with club soda or sparkling water.
