I look into your angelic face
What I see masks a disgrace
Eyes that sparkle, what a smile
Hides the hate all the while
Feigned your love to everyone
Even fooled god up above
At first, everything was fine
Talked the talk drank the wine
Said the words I want to hear
Whispered loving in my ear
When things came full around
Not so simple then I found
All the loving was a fake
A bitter pill hard to take
