Do you recycle?
If so, what are some of the things that you recycle?
Is it voluntary or a mandatory thing to recycle where you live?

We recycle aluminum cans. It's not a mandatory thing were we live, although it should be.
Where I used to live we had a separate can for plastic, aluminum & glass. We also had to buy bags to dump greenery, like when we cut the grass or trimmed the hedges.

We recycle where we live, and it's mandatory. I recycled where in the places where I used to live - whether it's mandatory or not.
I basically recycle the usual suspects - regular and aluminum cans, bottles and newspapers (bundled with rope or tape). As for plastic, I look at the number contained within the recycle insignia (triangle sign with arrows). I recycle #s 1 and 2, and toss as regular trash for the rest. In my current residence, we have a yellow container for it which the sanitation dept. picks up once per week. :)
No, I don't do any recycling even though I should.
