My favorite food is steak! I love it! I really like pasta too. Like you, Sapphire, I love spanish food. My grandfather is from Puerto Rico so I grew up on it. :)

I guess I'm one of those few who have no preference for food, except for the spicy ones. My wife is Korean, so she's so much into the spicy stuff with kim chee (among others) as a side dish. When she prepares the meals, she will create a spicy version for herself and a non-spicy version for me.

One of the many things I love living in an ethnically diverse community are the choice of foods to choose from ... honestly, I tend to love them all! From the hibachi grill selections at a Japanese restaurant to the curry-based Malaysian, Indian and Southeast Asian dishes to the Colombian Cafe where I can have a dish loaded with beans and rice, plantains, avocado, etc.

Oh yeah, I tend to be adventurous with food as well ... based on my travels. Among them, I had alligator during my stay in Florida, rattlesnake in Arizona, chrysalis while vacationing in the outskirts of Seoul, snake juice during a tour in Hong Kong ... I'd rather spare the others that I had tried since it might gross some people out. :eek: :D

umm .. all I can say about snakes is that it's very boney and full of ligaments. Think of it like eating the neck of a chicken, where getting into the "meat" is the challenging part. I had mine blackened with cajun spice ... goes great with brewky! lol :D
