What do you collect?

Me?

I have a fairly big collection of Unicorns. I have also found that I've been collecting candles. I have quite a bit of different types of candles & holders.

BA..ha ha ha ! Still looking in the mailbox for my million dollar check to come.
I'll I get is more bills, and you have won 10 million dollars from some company, if you buy our mags. lol

Oh, btw..my sister bought some mags from some company that had a yes envelop, and another one for no if you're not buying anything. She wanted see if this company is on the up and up. They said you don't have to buy anthing to enter. What she did was she ordered a mag and put it in the no envelop. Guess what? She never got her order.

I don't know if anyone's like this. But I have a huge collection of star wars stuff from over the years. Been a fan since the original movies came out on VHS. Was born in 86 so I missed out on the theatrical releases. Still, they're powerful movies. My whole room is covered with the stuff.

Cool; I mostly have all the old figures, some posters here and there; and a few of the expensive stuff like replica sabers and things of the like.

What kind of stuff does he have?

Comics and things related to them, but mainly just the books. At present I have 1500+ issues and 30-40 trades and graphic novels. It's only a small collection by most standards but it's growing. I LOVE the things and I know I'll keep buying till the end of my days.

He has a few of the older figures, a big old Yoda head & a smaller version of the ship that Darth Vader was on (can't remember the name of it). He's got a rather small collection going. Then again he also has a collection of Dale Jarrett stuff (NASCAR racer) & Indianapolis Colts stuff (football team). So what he lacks in Star Wars stuff, he makes up for in the other things he collects! :D

That's cool. I have a bunch of other stuff that's not star wars related as well, but I don't display them since all that stuff is from my childhood, heh.

I'm starting to have a collection of live indoor plants, not that I have been collecting them, my fiance likes plants. He loves to take plants that are sickly & close to dying & bring them back to life. So far we have 6 plants in the apartment with a few of them being pretty big. Not a whole lot more room for anymore plants! :eek: :)

My answer is very obvious ... I collect guitars! :) After many years of contentment with guitars made in Korea, China, Indonesia and the Philippines, I finally owned my first American made six-string companion - an Ovation Standard Balladeer (1861). It's been upscale from there since ...

I currently have acquired seven, and brand-wise, I stick mainly with Martin and Ovation. Due to space and financial reasons, I tend to keep it that. I also agreed with the "one in, one out" policy with the wife. Which means, I will need to part with one before I would allow a new guitar into the household. :o

Other than guitars, there was one year in my college life where I got so addicted to Mt. Dew ... well mainly for its caffeine content, to keep me awake and alert with my studies, and some. After collecting so much cans, I started taping them against the wall, one-at-a-time like a wallpaper for the fun of it. By the end of the year, I had filled two walls full of Mt. Dew cans! Before leaving for the summer break, my roommate and I took them to a bottle redemption center, for some cash. We made so much money from the bottle returns that we managed to purchase so much booze ... enough to hold a house party, to which we did.

Ahh ... the good ole college days :D
