I need to know whether he is in a relationship already, but i couldn't find a proper way to ask him. Do you have any good idea?

Well, you may not like my reply...but I think the best way is to be straight forward. Just ask him. :)

(IMO) It's always best to just ask. But there are other ways...like observing their actions, etc. There are some men that make it an "art form" out of deceiving and hiding the fact that they are in other relationships...even some women do that that as well....
BUT...Just use common sense and trust your instincts. :)I need to know whether he is in a relationship already, but i couldn't find a proper way to ask him. Do you have any good idea?

lol i agree with tuxette, here, i think you should just casually ask... or if you want, if youre this type of person you can make a joke out of it, and if youre out one day or something and you decide to go, say, out to coffee, you say like, 'you dont have to call a girlfriend to let her know or soemthing?" teasing or whatever and see what he says. but other than that... id just ask the guy :)

Hey aussiecoffee007, i think it's a good idea to ask like what you suggested. he just asked me out for a small dinner. maybe it's a good opportunity to ask. or maybe i will ask him straightly.
(This guy once asked me about my boyfriend very implicitly. i said i'm preparing for an english test, and he asked, 'is your boyfriend studying english with you?')

i would agree with the just ask! and aussie's approach is cool: no matter what he says - you comment with the "did your girlfriend like the movie too?" needless to say he will know you are interested - i assume you realize that.

right, i think its a subtle way of both seeing if the person is available adn telling them youre interested.. cuz like mashmac says, it shows you have an interest in the persons relationship status and therefore them... id definitely ask him at the dinner one way or another. if he does... then you probably shouldnt go on a one-on-one dinner with him ;) keep us updated!! :)
