What the animals are thinking or talking about??

Given the opportunity, would you like to have the ability to

understand and talk with the animals....like Dr. Doolittle? Or the Horse or Dog Whisperer??

why or why not??

LOL...I was thinking I love steak too much to hear the cow tell me not to eat him.....ewwwww...

but it kinda makes me wonder sometimes...
one time my daughter and I were riding bikes and I hadn't been on one in years and years...anyway I was doing pretty good...then all of the sudden I started toward the ditch and couldn't get straightened out good and fell right in the ditch...I basically flipped over the handle bars and into the ditch...almost knocked myself out on a log that was there too. Anyway, there was this cat sitting on the edge of the road watching all of this go down...I swear that cat was laughing at me!! He must have thought "what the heck??"
He probably went back telling all his friends in the neighborhood....lol SMH...LOL

Oh yeah, I agree. I love hamburgers and steaks so I wouldn't want them saying "please don't eat me". But, I'd love it if I was lik the Dog Whisperer (cool show btw) or the Horse Whisperer, able to "read" their body language and know what's going on in their mind. :)

yeah it really fascinates me how intelligent some animals are....really most are. Have you heard of that monkey Coco?? She actually taught other monkeys how to sign. She knows how to sign over 2000 words...she really understands. I think they said she has the intelligence of about a 4 year old?? One of the other monkeys she taught knew over 1000 words...he recently passed away. It's amazing how intelligent animals are...very interesting to me. But it does kinda make me feel bad to eat animals...but I do it anyway...ewwww.... :)Oh yeah, I agree. I love hamburgers and steaks so I wouldn't want them saying "please don't eat me". This is another good convo thread to bring back up.

I don't know, I'm torn between wanting to be able to talk to the animals & not wanting to.

I sure wouldn't want the chickens, pigs or cows crying at me not to eat them.

Then again I would LOVE to know what my 2 cats are thinking at times. LOL...maybe I might not especially my female cat Lucy! She just may be cursing me out all the time! :laught16:

I would love to have the opportunity someday ... LOL

My ability to communicate with animals could be used to my advantage. Among them, open up a private investigation office, and then use the animals to eavesdrop on my behalf and "dig" dirt on other people, for a living.

Maybe even better, they can be my thieves going against other thieves. Return the stolen items to who they rightfully belong. As for those unclaimed, I just might make a fortune on the side? :o :p :D

I love to eat my share of steaks, burgers and what not, but I can easily convert to a strictly vegetarian diet. About 70% of my meals are vegetarian these days anyway.

I think it would be nice to know what animals were talking about...It would be good if my dog could talk to me, especially if she could tell me when she was ill..that would be good.

Who wouldn't want to talk to animals?!? What a crazy world that would be!

Of course, as stated above, I suppose it would make it a lot harder to eat them...
