have you guys ever done something like this...
there is this archery game online, called ultimate bullseye that i am really good at, i always get a high score and im pretty talented with hitting the bullseye. so i was at my (then) boyfriends house, and his parents asked what i was doing over the summer, and when i told them they seemed disappointed, like they expected more, so then i told them i was going to archery camp, and they said, "you are an archer??" and of course this was "news" to my boyfriend too and i was like, 'yeah im really good with archery actually, its really hard but... blah blah"
haha i was just wondering if you guys do stuff like that too, like if you play a game and then think you are actually good at it in real life, or if its just me :)

Hmm... I just saw this thread.
I honestly can't say that I 'actively' pursue computer or online games that much. The closest thing I come to this would be the (don't laugh) Atari basketball game (stick figures, square ball). I'm a fair basketball player, so I think this may qualify. If not.... too bad. :p
j/k!! :D

Hee Hee
We play where if someone puts a draw 4 card down then the next person can put down a draw 4 making it a draw 8 so if you are extremely unlucky then it can come back to you and you end up picking up 16 or something..that can be fun..we also do the same with the draw 2 cards.
Also if someone puts down a draw 4 card and let's say they make it a red card then you can put a draw 2 red card down..put you can only lay a draw 2 on a draw 4 card if it is the correct colour..
I hope that makes sense lol :D

Sort of the opposite for me really (to answer the original question). I used to play this game on my Nintendo DS, memorizing numbers. Well, at my job they want me to do just that. Numbers for different things we sell. Well, I can recall them for a few minutes but I'm slow in holding onto that info. Someties I think my mind is a sieve

I know that feeling Tuxette.
I used to work in a card shop years ago and I ended up being able to memorize the prices for all the codes on the back of the cards without even having to look them up.
Don't worry you will get there in the end even though it doesn't feel like that now.
