Is there a unique way to say "I'm new here"?

Well I'm new, I'm a 25 year old guy, recent dumpee.

I'm not really sure why I'm here, I'm not even sure if I'm really looking for advice, more perspective. What I'm probably mostly after is a plateau from which to air my feelings.
