INGREDIENTS

12 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
3 tablespoons KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon paprika


DIRECTIONS

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in medium bowl. Add Neufchatel cheese, mayo, mustard, vinegar and sugar; mix until well blended.
SPOON mixture into large resealable plastic bag. Cut small corner from bag and pipe filling into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
ADD, if desired, your choice of Toppings (see Tips) just before serving.

Tips
Country Favorite: Top with 10 slices cooked and crumbled OSCAR MAYER Bacon and 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions.

It's Italian: Top with 1/2 cup thinly sliced drained jarred sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil and 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil.

I like the sugar idea.. I've never heard of anyone doing that, but I bet it's yummy!

Yeah I never did that either with my deviled eggs. I do them with a little mustard, mayonaise & crispy, broken up pieces of bacon mixed in with the yolks. I'm a big deviled egg lover, you know, I just may make some this coming weekend. :thumb:
