Lunar Chinese New Year! Cultural Exchanges

Not sure how many of you are asians or even chinese, we are having our Chinese New year celebration this coming 18th of Feb.

Anyone of you celebrating this event? However, during this period most of the shops are closed so its not really a wise choice to visit any asian countries at this moment:p

Thanks for sharing this. Didn't now the shops were closed! Very important as I am a girl and although I am not into buying everything - I love window shopping!
Closed shop = me will never visit your country during that period! You say you are quite conservative in religion - what religion are you? I am completely clueless about your ways...

hi mashmac...nope not really in terms of religion but my beliefs....
Asians are more or less quite conservative as at current. Although recent years casual sex is quite common as well, but there are still some who believe that sex should still be after married. Thats the sort of culture we have here...

i believe all sorts of religion also does not encourgae casual sex...haha
