Can I say i love you

I was with this really amazing guy around April of this year, and i made a mistake and broke it off with him. Now he wants me back so i went back and i want to make it up to him by revealing my true feelings for him, which is to say i really deeply love him. Everything about him is amazing and i cant believe a man like him could love me back. I can tell he is smitten with me, but i am afraid if i tell him i love him, he will vanish. We dated two months last time, i know that doesnt seem long enough to love him but we were together for at least six hours every single day of the week. Tomorrow is our first date this time, and he is taking me to a movie, i want to say it during the movie but i need some advice as to whether it would be smart at this point of our relationship to reveal that to him.

I would wait just a little bit before you tell him how you feel. You 2 are just getting back together slowly, give it a little bit of time. You might overwhelm him by telling him how you feel right away.

i would wait to see how the date goes, but then i would perhaps tell him like, look i had a lot of time to think and im sorry i broke it off with you but the truth is im in love with you, or something.

but yeah i wouldnt tell him quite yet, its a bit early and you dont want to scare him off.

i guess i don't understand the need to try to plan to tell s/o you love them. i know it's scarey n all but i think it's better 'in a moment'.......know what i mean? this guy isn't "mad" at you for breaking it off so just savor it and go with it. if you really feel a need to "pay him back".............give him the best time he's ever had and heck, pay for the movie even but don't push into a love thing. more than likely, if it gets to that point you'll both feel it and it'll come out

Exactly, if you are in the moment and you think it is the right time then go for it. There is nothing worse than not following your gut instinct...I would know. Just go for no matter how many butterflies you got. Let us know what happens hun! Don't be a stranger.

I say tell him! Be honest and open, and you will get the same kind of response (an honest and open one as well) back. I'm sure if you start off by telling him the truth, that you are afraid to tell him but he's such an amazing person that you can't hold it in any longer, I'm sure the outcome will be as you expected! =) Go for it!
