I hate my Ex boyfriend!....

he made my life hell when we together after i had an ectopic pregnacy he blamed me for it so much, he turned to drugs and alchole and he used to come home and beat me up mentaly more then physicly! but still!

when we were together we had a joint bank account, i aint been with him for nearly 2 years and hes still refussing to take me off the joint account! hes still making my life a misery! we had consolidated all are debts and now he hasnt been paying that, i no have recived a letter threating to take me to court! ... my ex isnt talking to me hes changed his number i dont know were hes living and i just dont no what to do!

im going to have a ccj against me now! coz he wont communicate with me!
i feel so stuck! i dont no what to do! i have no paper work as he was sorting it all out! i was paying my half till he told me not to bother, why cant he just be an adult and talk to me! hes so cold! he dont care he just wants to make my life a misery! i hate him, hes for ever pulling me down, when we togther he used to call me worthless and that he was never attracted to me he just felt sorry for me! he would tell me that i would never find a bf and be single for ever coz im ugly! he was so nasty to me! he kicked me out on boxing day said i had cheated on him wich i hadnt i later found out that he was sleeping with a so called mate of mine! i want him out my life but it seems hes doing everything in his power to make sure he still f**** me life up! im ment to be going to canada and he nos this but he nos doing what hes doing is f***ing things up for me!

im so annoyed and p***ed off! grrrrrrr!!!:mad:

Isn't there a way that they could find him? I'm sure he will get caught up soon or he probably even has been contacted about the money that is owed?

Maybe you could talk to a lawyer about this caspa? Do you all have any lawyers that will talk to you free first & see if you have a case?

ive been to the citazens advise and ive got an appointment to see a debt advisor so im hoping she will be able to help and tell me what to do if i need a lawer involved, im pretty sure they will help with all of that!

ive found out hes paying his part but hes taken all mine off and not told me about it! hence why im getting threating letters! i dont no whay he cudnt just talk to me about it all first and we cud of come to sum sorta agreement! my firnd said she had passed the maessage on to him to call me but he aint and apprently hes said if i want to get it sorted i have to go to him and talk to him i dont have his number i dont no were he lives! sum were in hertfordshire wich is miles from me and it cost me nearly 50quid to get there!! i dont see whay he cant just ring me!

With a lawyer on your side, try to consolidate your part of all your debts, and try to settle them yourself. Provided that none of your ex's s**t will be a detriment to any of your plans. That way - at least- you had done your part of the problem, and whatever is his is his problem. As for the joint bank account, I believe that you can either close it or take your name off of it. I had joint accounts before, and I never had problems doing both in the past - coming from my personal experiences here in the states.

Once your problems have been resolved, leave the country and start over with a clean slate. In your case, you've been making plans to go to Canada ... go for it it! :) Good luck.

hey guuys not much has changed, realese finace never rang me bk like they said today so i will ring them tomoz,

i will keep you all informed of what happens, fingers crosed that it all works out!

im at my sisters this week so much i can do, ive done what i can do intill i go and see this debt advisor i will chase up realese finace and find out what is going on!

Keep on the debt adviser caspa hun. They are probably so busy that it may be easy for you to "fall through the cracks". Make sure that they know you are in need & want someone to contact you.

well finaly spoke to realese finace, they said they can put all my debts togther and i pay em bk monthly but going to talk to debt advisor first see what she surgest still need to sort out joint account! grrr! but at least things are looking forward a lil

Have you tried talking to the police about it, I am not sure if they can do anything, but they may be able to
