So, in an effort to meet new people, specifically girls; I've been thinking I should actually put myself out there and not sit back like I've done all these semesters only getting to know people I meet in class and never going farther then that. I'm already part of a club that when I can attend I normall meet different people and try to be invovled and in the conversation.

Also, I was thinking of something just earlier today. When I hang out with friends in a circle on campus playing hackey sack, sometimes girls pass by and I normally get noticed by some of them. I even got a smile out of some of them as well, most of the time; but I never thought a second of it. Here's what I'm thinking....if I'm hanging out again and I get someone's attention like that, should I leave the group for a moment an walk over and say hi? I've already seen some of my friends do it anyway so its not like we're ignoring each other.

Or even when I'm walking around and a girl passes me and smiles, I always think I should say something and now I'm thinking I should start doing that.

What do you guys think?

Yeah for sure go & do that Prince when someone catches your eye or they walk by & give you a sign that they are interested. It's the only way you will get to have a chat with a girl & also meet them.

Good luck! :thumb:

I agree hun, go for it. If someone shows any sign that they're interested then take a chance and talk to them, you'll certainly get nowhere just sitting there and doing nothing. Good luck

I also agree, if they give you the eye then go and speak to them :)
