Another Newbie

I am a 24 year old stay at home mom of 1. My husband and I have been married for 4 years and 20 months ago we welcomed a beautiful baby girl, she is truly the joy of our lives. I am so glad to have found a forum to talk to other adults as I do not get much adult conversation during the day when I am home with my daughter. I look forward to chatting with you all.

Congratulations to you, Raquel. Having a newborn baby is so miraculously beautiful. Remember one thing though. You had a husband before you had your baby. He will always remain first in your family life. Do not go against things that he suggest for you and your new born. Seek media help if you find this is going to be a problem. Talk to your husband each day and find out about his day. He is going to fill insecure, if he doesn't already. When your baby is down resting, you do the same. You are going to be tired on many days that your husband has plans for you and himself. Don't let this happen or he will seek comfort elsewhere. We can chat anytime on this and more. I have been married 22 years and have two grown girls. Bye for now, Audrey.
