Dreaming about a perfect life

It is often said that money can't buy happiness, yet we are always striving to make more of it. The fact is that the lack of it also does not give you any special joy either.
Thus we are always aspiring and working towards a better job, more money, luxurious home, coolest car etc etc...in other words striving for a perfect life.

I agree that money can't buy happiness, but unfortunately the lack of it can cause unhappiness in relationships, as couples strive to make more and get that perfect life, their financial situation is often their biggest stress in life, and many couples often fight about the finances, causing stress on the relationship. Sometimes money doesnt seem like such a good thing:(

It can be put in this way. Money is important but not everything in life. Money can bring material happiness but not mental hapiness. If a relationship is built on money the chances of failure of the relationship will be higher.

In my opinion love and money both should be there to have a happy and successful life. Love and Money are two sides of the same coin. You cant make your children happy by just loving them but you even need money to fulfill their necessities and wishes.
