Who Uses More Body Language?

Who do you think either men or women, use more body language in their communication with other people? I think men use more body language than women do and it can be gestures or even the way they sit or stand or move around. Men are also more into grunting and making simple noises and not a lot of conversation sometimes, and one can usually tell by the sound of their grunting it has been told by me from a man whether it is a good grunt or a bad grunt, whether they approve or not of something or whether they are interested in something or not just by the sound of the grunt or the way of the grunt.
